Waitlist Terms
These terms apply when you join The Hive waitlist. The Hive is operated by The Bridge Inc, a Minnesota company based in the United States, and serves members across North America, Europe, Africa and Asia. By joining, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.
Who can join
You must be 18 or older. You agree to give accurate information, including your real name and date of birth, and to join only once. Entries with false information may be removed.
Your place on the list
Your position is an estimate and may change. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee membership. Membership opens by invitation, and we decide when and to whom invitations are sent.
Referrals
When someone joins with your link, you move up the list. Share your link only with people you know. We may remove referral credit or entries connected to spam, fake accounts or duplicate signups.
Cost
Joining the waitlist is free. Membership in The Hive, including any contributions, will have its own terms that you will review and accept before joining.
Messages
By joining, you agree that we may contact you by email and text about your waitlist spot, your invitation and the launch. You can opt out at any time as described in the Privacy Policy.
Leaving the waitlist
You can leave at any time by emailing hello@thehive.co. We may remove any entry that breaks these terms, or close the waitlist.
Limits
The waitlist is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, The Hive is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the waitlist.
Changes, law and contact
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, wherever you live. Questions can be sent to hello@thehive.co.
